Jack McClelland
Branch President
Jack McClelland is the Branch President of the Linthicum Incoming Mail Facility (IMF) in Maryland where approximately 240 Mail Handlers are employed.
Jack has been a Mail Handler Union member for about 28 years and a Union Representative for more than 20 years. He has served his Union as a Shop Steward and Chief Steward. In addition to serving as Branch President, he is also an Arbitration Advocate. As Branch President, Jack's responsibilities include but are not limited to advocating for the members and consulting with Management to ensure compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. At times Jack acts as a liaison between craft members and Management, and as a counselor, when needed.
Jack believes that an informed, organized Union membership is an empowered membership - that is what is needed to carry the craft through these uncertain times and fair into the future.
